PROGRAM COVERAGES
Whether in a park, subdivision, or private property Tower Hill can offer your insured coverage for their mobile homes. Options are available for the owner-occupied or tenant occupied locations. THIG does identify several eligibility requirements, including a minimum of $20,000 Coverage A, building limit up to $250,000 in parks, and others are $200,000. Moreover, at Halcyon, we are targeting mobile homes built in 1994 and newer.
THIG’s mobile home policy includes replacement costs on Coverage A if an owner occupies the mobile home and available for all location types within an acceptable range to 360Value Replacement Cost. For tenant-occupied properties, the Mobile Home will be insured at Actual Cash Value. Regarding Other Structures, the maximum limit is 100% of Coverage A with the exception that it cannot be increased for barns, pole barn/livestock structures, fences, pool, enclosures, pools, and their equipment.
